Our Private Equity advisory practice focuses on any party (funds, a companies, shareholders, creditors or other stakeholders) willing to either sell, buy or cause to sell or buy a private equity transaction.

The most common situation in which Rescue Partners gets involved is when a company wishes to expand or reorganize and is looking to increase or replace its equity capital. Rescue Partners produces business plans, studies enterprise valiues and structure deal terms determining size and price of a private equity offering.

We also help families is special situations where certain members either want to acquire their relatives holdings or simply sell their stake to the market. Sometime we work for creditors in distressed or bankruptcy situations where the goal is to raise private equity to either reorganize the business, recover lost equity value or simply liquidate.

The private equity market is global and is composed by private equity firms, high net worth individuals, hedge funds and other investors. The market is highly segmented with players specializing in industries, sectors or transaction sizes.

Rescue Partners experience and investors network is well seasoned and diversified. Our main goal is not finding capital for a deal but rather a good and failry priced deal to market. The very first question we always ask to our clients is “How many shares and at what price would you like to sell?”. That simply clarifies what a private equity deal is. Rescue Partners advises either the sell or the buy-side and never enters in conflctual situations.

In most cases Rescue Partners charges an upfrint retainer fees and a success fee at closing. In very rare circumstances we accept to work on success fee only basis.
