In other cases we are required to help families is special situations where certain members either want to acquire their relatives holdings or simply sell to their position to the market. We also work for creditors in pre or distressed and bankruptcy events where the goal is raise private equity to reorganize the business and recover the lost equity value.

The private equity market is global and compase by private equity funds, high net worth individuals, hedge funds and other investors. The market is highly segmented with specialties for different industry sectors or transaction sizes.
